Giulia is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about her work in psychology and values being authentic and compassionate in both her personal life and therapeutic practice. She is deeply committed to supporting clients to improve their mental wellbeing and foster a deeper sense of self-connection. Giulia aims to provide a warm, genuine, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients can explore the depths of their difficulties and reconnect with their own resilience, growth, and potential. She believes that healing, growth, and meaningful change are possible at any stage of life and is dedicated to supporting clients through this process.

Her therapeutic approach centres on integrating emotion-focused and somatic-based methods, with a trauma-informed and holistic mind–body perspective. By supporting clients to explore internal, felt experiences linked to their psychological challenges, therapy can facilitate deeper insight and the processing of psychological pain at an underlying level. This approach supports clients to more effectively manage emotional distress and can lead to improved self-regulation and overall psychological wellbeing over time.

Giulia holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and has experience working with adults across a range of clinical settings. She has worked in private hospital environments, delivering both individual and group trauma-focused therapy to adults in inpatient and outpatient settings, and has undertaken extensive training in evidence-based trauma therapies, including Schema Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

Giulia has a particular interest in working with adults experiencing:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Relationship and attachment difficulties

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Self-development and personal growth

Outside of her clinical work, Giulia values balance, authenticity, and intentional living, and prioritises practices that support wellbeing, reflection, and ongoing learning.
